Check-in and check-out information

Please let us know the start and end time of your stay.

Your stay will start at 4:00 p.m. on the day of your stay and end at 11:00 a.m. on the following day.

If I arrive earlier than scheduled, can I check in?

We are very sorry, but we do not allow guests to check in before the normal check-in time. We also do not offer extended check-out time.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

Yes, we can accommodate such requests. However, there is no staff on duty, so please lock your luggage yourself in the dedicated storage area.

For services during your stay

Will daily cleaning be provided?

Please note that we do not provide cleaning services during your stay.

Can towels and linens be changed daily?

Towel changes can be arranged by prior arrangement. Please see the information in the accommodation for details.

Regarding room facilities and furnishings

We are short of tissues and amenities. Can I ask for more?

We will replenish any necessary items. Please contact our customer support if you find any missing items.

Other Inquiries

Is Wi-Fi available?

All rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi. Please refer to the information sheet in your room for the password required to connect.

Can you make reservations for cabs, restaurants, or museums on my behalf?

We are sorry, but we do not provide such reservation service on behalf of our clients.

Is smoking allowed in the guest rooms?

Our facility is a non-smoking facility. Please smoke in designated smoking areas.
